Dr. Suzanne Turner was born in Houston, TX and raised in a small city in Illinois. She attended Illinois State University during undergrad, where she majored in Biological Science and minored in Chemistry. Dr. Turner then enrolled in the four year Doctorate of Optometry program at the University of Houston College of Optometry. During her externships, Dr. Turner gained extensive knowledge in the diagnosis and management of retinal diseases and ocular infections, as well as the co-management of cataract and LASIK surgery, foreign body removal, primary eye care, and contact lens fittings. She is specialized to manage ocular diseases and glaucoma.
When not practicing, Dr. Turner enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.
